Thank you for putting time on our calendar!

New patients should choose the “New Patient Functional Medicine Consultation”.  This initial 90-minute office visit allows us to really get to know new clients, and to understand how we can help.

Established patients should choose the “Functional Medicine Office Visit”. This office visit provides one hour with our functional medicine expert.

Virtual visits through our secure telemedicine platform are available to established patients (but we would always rather see you in person).

Payment is required at the time of booking.

Once you have paid, you’ll get an email confirming your appointment and giving you access to our Patient Portal.

You’ll set up your own Patient Portal account, then fill out your intake forms and sign applicable consent forms.
